Luke “The Chef” Lessei Muay Thai Seminar

Come to Mac's Gym to learn from the #5 ranked ONE Muay Thai featherweight, Luke "The Chef" Lessei. Lessei has emerged as a rising star in the Muay Thai world. Hailing from the great state of Iowa, Lessei began his Muay Thai training at Dubuque Martial Arts Group — his father’s esteemed gym. In December 2023, Lessei made his ONE Championship debut and engaged in one of the most exciting battles of the year. Although Lessei suffered his first career defeat, he came back stronger than ever and beat fellow American Eddie Abasolo in February of this year.

In this exciting seminar, Lessei will be imparting his years of Muay Thai experience. This is a can't miss seminar for anyone wanting to improve their skills, technique, and sparring. All participants are required to bring their gloves, shin guards, and mouth guard. You may also bring a water bottle if you would like. Due to the limited space, we ask that no one bring their gear bag. This will be a hands on seminar, so be prepared to run Muay Thai drills and spar.
